The Meaning of Revelation 6:8 Page

Revelation 6:8, and other key verses. Well I believe that for each choice you make controls your destiny Death is the rider of the pale horse in other words the rider of the horse is corruption and brings eternal death (which is hell eternal separation from God.) And the dark angels were each given power to curse the earth and the beast of the Earth were also given power. In this verse every manner of death occurs (which are the plagues that fall in which one fourth of the Earth dies) this verse is related to the seven seals in Revelation 5:1 which will occur during the time of tribulation that will come on the earth during the last days of the Earth and the final sealing of the prophecy of John in which will ultimately set the coarse for both the resurrection of believers and the judgment of sinners. 1. The rider of the pale horse is death. 2. Corruption brings death (eternal separation from God) 3. The dark angels are given power to curse one fourth of the Earth. 4. In Revelation 16:1 they pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 5. The seven seals describe the seven plagues. 6. These plagues occur during the time of tribulation during the last days of the earth. 7. This is the final sealing of the prophecy of John in which ultimately sets the course for both the resurrection of believers and the judgment of sinners. 8.The angels are given power to kill which are the plagues and the beast of the Earth are also given power. Re:6:8: And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. Revelation 6:8 Supported Verses/Lexicon: But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; 2 Peter 2:12 The phrase the beast in Rev. 6:8 is Strong's lexicon number [2342] is the Hebrew word therion for 2 Peter 2:12 the Strong's Lexicon number [2226] is used as well as the Hebrew word zoon for the word beast which describes an living being or an animal both verses have similar definitions and the lexicon numbers describe an animal which means that the angels were given power to kill along with the beast of the earth. In Revelation 5:11 the beast of the Earth are around the throne and the voice of many angels is heard. Since we hear the angels and see the beast around the throne and in Rev. 6:8, 2 Peter 2:12 have the same definition as the beast being an animal then the beast of the earth mentioned in Rev. 6:8 must be indeed an actual animal. And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. Revelation 21:9 Further Info: The book mentioned in Revelation 5:1 that is sealed with seven seals and no one was able to open may indeed be the book of life because in Revelation 1:18 Christ says that he has the keys of hell and of death. Which may be why in Revelation 5:4 no one was found worthy to open the book and loosen the seals on it. Christ having power over death because he conquered death on the cross may indeed be the lion of the tribe of Juda who in Revelation 5:5 comes to open the book (he most likely opens it but it is not completely clear) Revelation 5:9 makes sense that Jesus would be the only one who is worthy to take the book and loosen the seals of the book being he died on the cross for the sins of the World. In this verse he redeems many people, languages, and nations to God. The Next verse Revelation 5:10 mentions that he made us kings and priest to God and says we will reign on the earth, this coincides with 1 Corinthians 6:2 that says the saints will judge the Earth. I believe that in the revelation God may indeed appoint people to judge the Earth shortly before he establishes his Kingdom on the Earth called, New Jerusalem.
